2- You Should Eat For Two

All the hype about pregnancy cravings is real. But eating twice as much as you ate before is some crafted lie. You should eat a balanced healthy diet enriched with iron and vitamins. Try to eat more greens and fruits. It is good for both you and your baby.

3- You Can Tell Your Gender By Your Tummy

This one is the most famous myth of all time. People believe that you can tell the gender of your baby. That too by the position of your tummy. Oldies used to say if your tummy is higher, you have a boy. And if your tummy is low then you have a girl. As much as this sounds exciting, it’s all lie. You can know your baby’s gender by ultrasound and that is about it.

4- Fetus Can Get Cold

It’s a well-known saying that if a mother has a cold her baby can get it too. Imagine that little guy blowing up sneezes in your tummy, so cute right? Well, It wouldn’t be at all cute if were right. Fortunately, your baby is very safe and it can’t catch any cold or influenza. You can relax and deal with your cold.

5- Moning Sickness Has A Cure

People will tell you ways to cure your morning sickness. Unpleasantly, there is no cure for morning sickness. That being said, you can do various things to make it better. Start your day by eating some biscuits and avoid drinking water when feeling sick. Try to stay away from the triggers and you will be fine. In the end, your baby is worth it.

6- Eating Spicy Food Can Induce Labor

9 months is a long time. Sometimes, it takes even longer for the baby to deliver. All this waiting can make you impatient. After all, pregnancy is not all a bed of roses.
